Typically talking to a lamp post might attract unwanted attention. However this project hosted by the Mesa Arts Center encourages passersby to have conversations with everyday objects including a lamp post. Hello Lamp Post is a city wide platform for play that sees citizens and visitors sharing stories via street objects. First commissioned as part of the Playable City award in Bristol, now it travels to Austin in only its second city wide outing. To find out more visit hellolamppostaustin.com
